spring ROADTRIP

One of the wonderful perks of working at a school is the vacation time!! And, the timing for this year’s spring break could not have been any more perfect. I had just wrapped up another grad school class and had a week break before my new class would begin. Which meant, I was finally able to relax! Andrew and I definitely tried to make the most of our week, and packed as much as possible into our very long drive (over 40 hours total)! Luckily, the trip also gave me some fun new photos for my 365 project too (click to view large & read descriptions).

Yesterday when I sat down to go through the many, many photos I took, it was SO difficult to choose only one photo per day for my 365 project! Especially when we were in so many beautiful places… For example, the first day of driving we stopped in Charlotte, Savannah, and Tampa! Then later continued to Islamorada, Key Colony Beach, Bahia Honda, No Name Key (awesome little No Name Pub), Key West, and Miami Beach, back to Tampa, and then back home. That’s a LOT for one week! A bit exhausting, but incredibly fun at the same time. We were able to do everything we’d hoped to (except for the snorkeling trip which got stormed-out). We’re already planning a repeat for next Spring 🙂  And, since I had a hard time choosing … I figured I’d share a few of my other favorite photos here:
