LOCATION: O’Fallon, MO home studio.
AGES: 6+
Parents are welcome to join us, relax in your car or run errands etc —
whatever you’re most comfortable with and whatever you think will be most beneficial for your child’s learning style
Lessons include all supplies. 😉
When a bundle is purchased, your first session will include a sketchbook! This will be used for some brainstorming, games, and various exercises. It will be brought back to each lesson.
My goals are to explore new projects and techniques together, but also to hopefully inspire creative confidence which is soooooo important for children. One of my favorite things about art is the powerful therapeutic aspects (my grad school thesis was centered around color theory and emotions). Helping children to express themselves through art and learn to dedicate time for creativity will provide them personal relaxation techniques for a lifetime.
On the first day, we’ll discuss THEIR personal goals, interests and wishful projects. I will also ask YOU to please send me your hopeful goals as well. Then, I will customize lessons accordingly. 😉
Let me know if you’re planning for these art lessons to be a gift, and I’ll have their personalized sketchbook available early for you to pick up and wrap. I’ll include a note saying I’m looking forward to lessons, and I encourage you to write a note inside as well too!

I currently accept check or venmo for lessons.
PRIVATE LESSONS:
⭑ $30 pay-as-you-go (45 minutes each session)
⭑ $130 bundle & schedule 5 sessions (45 minutes each)
BUDDY SESSIONS:
Does your child have a friend they want to do lessons alongside and share a time slot with?
⭑ $100 per student, bundle & schedule 4 sessions (1 hour each)
⭑ $140 per student, bundle & schedule 6 sessions (1 hour each)
SEMI-PRIVATE GROUP LESSONS OR ART CLUB:

ABOUT YOUR TEACHER:
Hello! I’m Danielle 🙂 I have a passion for all things creative (and have ever since I was in preschool when I declared I wanted to be an artist!). I hold a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Longwood University as well as a Master’s in Art Education from Boston University. Prior to having my first kiddo, I taught preschool art at a private school in Charlottesville, VA for a few years with 50+ students each week. I’ve continued my art passion running Limefish Studio full time since 2012 with a fun assortment of custom artwork, branding and design projects, photography and art classes. I greatly enjoy the flexibility of working while also being able to stay home with my 3 children. I’m constantly seeking opportunities to help others embrace their own inner artist!
