girl (who’s an amazing realtor by the way) meets a pretty cool couple (me and my hubby) who are trying to buy a home…
the four of them become friends (aww)…
girl is super happy her new friend is an artist and photographer (ha, me again)…
girl hires said-artist to paint Lily’s name for her nursery…

I cannot wait to meet this little gal soon and am SO excited to announce I’ll be taking her newborn photos too!
This chalkboard was another little idea that Maggie and I conjured up. I hadn’t realized John had no clue, and his reaction seeing it for the first time was incredible! And…. oh my….. look at the adorable photo of her looking at daddy in the distance! So cute!
And, we of course needed to get a chalkboard photo with the pet-kiddos too!
I couldn’t be more thrilled for these two and wish them ALL THE BEST during this exciting journey!
