Charlottesville is a gorgeous place to live, and I’m constantly finding new scenic spots just begging to be photographed. This incredible field of wildflowers was still in full bloom (surprising for October) and made the perfect location for sweet Addie’s first grade portraits. She was thrilled to explore and stand amongst the beautiful flowers – many of which were taller than her!

She was SO excited when this little ladybug paused for a visit!
I just LOVE these next photos with her violin!

Little miss adventure was full of ideas and eager for each photo.
At the end of the session she exclaimed, “I wish I could stay and take 100 more photos!”
To me… that’s a great sign of a happy model!
Believe it or not, this was actually only a 30 minute “mini session. It was so difficult to even choose my favorites because she was so enthusiastic and photogenic throughout the whole session!
